Will this hearing aid work for me without being tested?
Our technology allows you to pick different mode settings and volume settings so you can find the best combination of sound for your ears. You don't need an audiogram (hearing test) to purchase our hearing aid.
How do you keep prices so low without sacrificing quality?
Modern technologies have meant that hearing aid technology is far more efficient to manufacture and to a far superior quality level than in recent years.  For traditional expensive hearing aids whereby you see an audiologist, the large cost is not actually the device. It is the doctor's salaries, other staff salaries, rent, and other overhead expenses to pay. We just cut out the middleman! We ensure our hearing devices are manufactured with state-of-the-art technology and we pass those savings through to you!
How do I know these will fit me properly without me being fitted?
We include earbuds in 3 different sizes (small, medium, large) with each hearing device, allowing 99% of our customers to get the correct fit. Do I need one or two hearing aids?
If there is hearing loss on both ears, from an audiological point of view aiding both ears is usually recommended. There are a number of advantages of ‘binaural’ hearing – e.g. localization ability can be better preserved.
How do I control the volume setting?
Our hearing aids have an adjustable volume control dial that can be easily adjusted so you can find the best volume settings for your ears.
What batteries do they take and how long do they last?
Our Hearing Aid takes Zinc A-10 batteries, the smallest around. They last for up to 2-3 weeks with general use. You can find A-10 batteries at any local pharmacy, drug store, or supermarket. You can also buy more on our website.
How long do hearing aid batteries typically last?
The life of your hearing aids batteries will vary depending on the length of daily use. Each battery will last approximately 1-3 weeks of use, depending on the hearing aid type, battery type and capacity, and the amount of hearing aid use.
Can I wear glasses with my hearing aid?
Yes! One of the key benefits of a CIC (completely in canal) hearing aid is that or hardly extrudes from the ear canal at all. Hence it will not interfere with your glasses.
Can I wear my Echo Ear hearing aid all the time?
Hearing aids will not make an existing hearing loss worse. In fact, most research studies suggest the contrary. The longer you wait before using a hearing aid the longer your sound processing areas within the brain are left without stimulation.
Will a hearing aid make my hearing loss worse?
While our hearing aids are designed for water resistance, don't wear your hearing aids:
  • In the shower
  • Swimming or any wet environment.
  • Sauna
  • When using a hairdryer
  • While applying hair spray or other types of spray-on products. Apply hair products first, and then insert your hearing aids.
How much is shipping?
International delivery is FREE for orders over $50. For orders under $50, Shipping is a flat rate of $8. Shipping costs and details are on our shipping page.
What are your shipping and processing times?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, provided that the payment is cleared.  Shipping takes on average 4-10 days. COVID-19: Due to the current pandemic, orders are typically taking an additional 4-8 days to deliver to the USA. Delivery times to other countries vary. Thank you for your understanding. Products are sent by various carriers depending on the destination. All shipments are tracked. We accept orders from around the world. Delivery time varies depending on where the order is going. In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the above described standard shipping times.  Most of these delays are due to the international customs processing that we cannot control. If your order takes too long to arrive, please contact us immediately and we will help you to solve this problem.
Where can I find my tracking number?
When your order is shipped, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one, please contact us and we’ll get this over to you swiftly.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from various logistics centers in the USA and Asia dependent on the products ordered and where you order from.
My order still hasn't arrived. Where is it?
We provide a tracking number for all orders once they are processed, so you can track where it is. In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the above described standard shipping times.  Most of these delays are due to the international customs processing that we cannot control. What countries do you ship to?
We ship to all countries around the world with modern postal systems.
Will there be duties/taxes on my package?
Our customers rarely receive duty/extra charges upon import. With that said every country reserves the right to charge tax on any imports, which is entirely out of our control. We cannot accept liability for these charges.
Will my items all arrive in the same package?
Where possible, orders are packaged and sent together. If we're having stock issues with an item in your order, we may send that item out separately/later to avoid further delays.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes, it is secure! Echo Ear do NOT store any credit card information. All payment information is encrypted and processed through our payment processor, Stripe, the most reliable online payment solution on the Web. The only information we keep is your name, e-mail address, telephone number, address, and order details for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
What currency are payments made in?
All transactions are in US Dollars (USD). Currency conversion will be derived based on third party exchange rates conversions. However, the final checkout/transaction price is the same (USD price) irrespective of what currency you view the website in.
I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
